Shipping & Delivery

We care for and package our products accordingly. We make sure they're properly packed and protected to prevent possible damage. Most of our products fit in jewelry boxes, which we then include inside of a bubble envelope.

Privacy & Security

Your privacy is important to us. Your information is yours and yours alone! We will not share your email address or personal information with any one. You can rest assured that we wont sell your info, our integrity is too important!

Returns & Replacements

We have a 90 day return policy! If you would like to return an item, please contact us about it. It's our goal to keep our customers happy and we'll make sure our products are shipped safely as promised. If you feel you have an incorrect item or feel you should get a refund, just let us know!

Ordering

We try to make our ordering process easy, once you add items to your cart, you can click on the cart button on the top right of the page to view, remove, or update your items. You'll also see links to checkout or view your cart. If you view the cart page, you'll see a field to enter discount codes if you have them. :)

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Once your order is placed, we gather your items and pack them up and ship them out. We ship through USPS to make sure your packages arrive quickly.

Viewing Orders

To view previously placed orders, simply sign into the site using the same email and password. You'll see a link to view your account at the top right of the page. Click on "My Account" to view your orders and their status and details.

Updating Account Information

Move and need to update your address? Get a new email? Updating your account is easy. Sign in to your account and you'll see options at the top left to view options to modify your account via the Account Dashboard.
